After a couple years traveling around, mainly working on dairy farms, always trying to learn and getting the details about this amazing farming world, which involves not only work but a whole environment including culture, accents, places, people, different animals, and a lot more that could be listed on here, nowadays managing the reproduction on six different dairy farms, around a thousand cows through a breeding company, selling bull genetics, carrying out artificial insemination. Reaching this point of experience, being able to work hard mentally and physically, from managing farm profitability to milking a cow, from the office to the tractors.
I am an agronomist engineer passionated for the agricultural world, developing myself in the area since I was very young, through my family's beef cattle farm and later on the university where I got an Agronomist Engineer degree, at that point working and traveling around Brazil to visit and manage farms, supervising the slaughtering of my clients cattle, further going abroad for two years in the USA to develop even more my experience on big dairy herds. All my professional career is listed on my curriculum, detailing positions and duties.
Also important to mention that I have a natural ability for rural extension, Im really interested in rural sociology, which comes from the period of time I was working on my familys farm where I was managing our staff and I found out that if you can understand how that people think and how to create a fair working environment we could have employees for a longer period of time encouraging them to collaborate with the business and not only having somebody doing as less as possible to get a paycheck. Its also interesting to historically study and get to know the reality of a specific rural area, in order to collaborate with a healthy development of the community and environment.
I'm a well-organized person, which can be seen in my professional and personal life, through the experiences I have lived going abroad and traveling to work I learned that planning is really important, however, not everything goes as planned so I consider myself a flexible person, I have an ability to look into problems from its roots, solving issues in an effective way, calmly and responsibly but always having in mind time effectiveness.
