Farming background

2019-2020: Worked on a farm in East Germany, helping manage the herds of horses and sheep, pigs, goats, and poultry; oversaw and maintained 200sqm garden.

Spring 2020: lambing, animal care (sheep, pigs, poultry), agricultural production on a smallholding in Angus, Scotland. Created and maintained planting and harvesting schedule for 360sqm garden, responsible for general care and maintenance of plants and beds.

7/2020 til present: working on a 450 indoor cattle unit of Aberdeen Angus and Hereford; typical duties required of animal care and livestock wellbeing. Part-time work in a milking parlour: 24/24 Herringbone parlour for 250 Holstein-Freisian cows and some youngstock care.
