Im currently working at a Velcourt farm in Lincolnshire. Oporating one of there 9.90 new holland combines, also doing the heavy cultivations with there Quad track then moving onto drilling. During harvest I was entrusted with over seeing harvest operations in the field allowing the manager to oversee the grains stores and his many other roles.

May 2018 - current Assisent Farm Manager WA, Assisting the Ops manager & Farm manager in the day to day running of the farm. One of my main rolls is to over see the operation of the farms three sprayers, recording of all spraying under taken, Keeping record of all chemical outputs. reporting back to the manager on a daily basis on the progress. One of my other main duties keeping on top of all machinery maintenance and carrying out risks assessments on machines threw plant assessor. Other parts of my role is the training of casual staff during peak periods of the year, helping to ensure the plans set out by the manager are completed on time.

2010 to 2016 mainly working for contractors and potato growers and harvest work, baling grain carting ect. in Australia I've worked my way up from a. farm hand to assistant manager looking after, 3 12meter seeding rigs and 5 790S jd combines during harvest.
