Farming background

8+ Years mixed farming. I started my career in agriculture through an art project studying the food chain. Thus leading to my interest and love of farming. I attended Agricultural college later alongside milking. Followed by attending University. This was not for me and after a year i left to start my own business as well as build my own flock. A Few years on i decided to travel to New Zealand where i became 2IC on a large unit consisting of 2 Dairy farms and a Beef unit. Upon my return i took a job as a Assistant Herdsperson ON A 500 cow dairy farm. Later taking on a job as Herdsperson on a 230 cow New zealand system, spring block calving herd.
