Other Information

Dear Sir/madam, Please find attached a copy of my CV. I have had more than 30 years experience as a Farm Estate Manager, and have come from an Agricultural and Construction business background. Therefore I can solve most maintenance issues and repairs around an estate. My farming career has included farming thousands of goats and sheep. We have had our own horses and poultry and pigs. Horticulture was done for own use not as a commercial enterprise. Having been a pedigree dairy, beef and small stock manager and businessman for many years, I feel well qualified to take on such an exciting role. I am therefore eager to explore this opportunity with you. I have a degree in agriculture, and am computer literate. I have been publicly congratulated numerous times on my breeding and animal husbandry in both the stud dairy and commercial beef herds. I believe this is a result of hard work and dedication to the job at hand. I am self-motivated and have run farm businesses for many years. Able to think out of the box in order to solve problems, and have a keen business mind with computer skills. My wife is also keen on the housekeeping role and is an excellent cook.We currently reside in Frome, Somerset, but are willing to re-locate. I am available for an immediate start. I look forward to hearing from you, and thank you for your consideration. Should you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me on the above listed details. Yours faithfully Simon Hawkins
