Working mainly for contractors from 1979-95 and as head tractor driver/ Forman/ Head tractor driver in the later stages, big bailing, round bailing, silage making, driving the harvester, trailed and then self propelled. ploughing and pressing, all cultivation’s, drilling, precision drilling of maize, carrots and sugar beet , sugar beet harvesting, combine harvesting,oilseed rape swathing, grain storage, potato harvesting, bed forming, de-stoning, tele-handling, then running my own farm Fencing business.

Self employed worked in agriculture all my life for contractors and also ran my own fencing business for a while. I am used to long hours and weekend work, I am friendly, can work in a team or on my own. I spent last harvest from the beginning of June until mid December working on a large arable/ duck farm in Suffolk my main duties were baling, doing all the heavy cultivation with a Sumo, and ploughing and pressing.

I have been Self-employed since 1979 working for agricultural contractors and large farms all over the UK and also Europe I am looking for a busy farm/contractor for harvest work as the farmer I did harvest work/cultivation and drilling for has now retired. Long hours and working away is no problem
