Other equipment experience

Operated various different tractors and equipment. Spent the last 15 months operating combines (NH9.90, JD S785) and tractors (Case Puma, Optum, Magnum) to complete the harvests and complete primary and secondary cultivations - ploughing, drilling, discing, rolling, subsoiling, spraying etc. Also spent many hours leading corn carting.

I have used various types of equipment around the farm such as; Mowers, raking, hedge trimming, carting bales and corn, power harrowing etc.

Very handy with machinery maintenance and on farm maintenance - fencing, water pipes, drainage.

Other livestock experience

6 years dairy experience. Started off as farm assistant and worked up through the ranks being second in charge. Herdsman, and Dry Stock Experience. I have also worked with Beef, Sheep, and Pigs. Lambing experience. As well as competing in stock judging competitions judging; Dairy cattle, sheep, beef cattle, alpaca's.

Farming background

5 years Arable experience, 5 years Dairy experience. Completed harvests for both large and small businesses, ranging from 11,000 acres to 1,500 acres of combinable crops. Some knowledge of root crops - potatoes and sugar beet.
