Height: 173cm Weight: 74.8kg I was born in Warwickshire, the middle child of three sons, but my family returned to Scotland when I was 5 years old. I attended school in Grantown on Spey where I achieved 6 N5's including English and Maths, 6 Highers and 1 Advanced Higher. Whilst working toward my DofE award I volunteered on a goat farm on the weekends, this is where my interest in farming started.
None
I'm not from a farming family, but have spent many years helping at weekends on a goat/sheep farm on an estate. I spent 6 months in Australia, first at a training farm and then on a beef station and then a sheep station.
I went to SRUC Edinburgh to study agriculture and have graduated with an HNC.
I worked on an arable farm (family-run farming and feed manufacturing business) during the summer holidays driving tractors, hay carting and cultivating.
After graduating I spent a year working in the maintenance team at an outdoor activity center, whilst furloughed from this job I worked on a Christmas tree farm.
I've worked on a pig breeding farm in Moray.
Then I worked on a 5,000 head dairy goat farm in Yorkshire. I left Yorkshire to help on an Estate while the owner had her knee replaced.
I'm currently working for a local catering business while I look for my ideal goat farm job!
