Farming background

I have grown up on a farm and have been around this sort of work my whole life. Have worked for engineering companies doing various jobs from CNC lathe work to mechanics etc. I then spent four years in America contract harvesting hundreds of thousands of acres of various crops. We hauled all machinery ourselves and became familiar with maintenance of combines specifically green and red.

In between I have worked in New Zealand and Australia doing similar work.

I was then head hunted to work for shelbourne reynolds setting up combines for their innovative stripper header as well as fixing warranty claims and testing, r&d etc.

I have recently been running the fabrication and installation side of the family business involving the slaughter of poultry. Running the teams and ripping multi million pound factorys apart on a Friday in order to get them going again for Monday morning. Because of this I am capable of dealing with individuals, working to a deadline and making the impossible happen.

Due to COVID, outside contractors are being used as little as possible in the supply chain and has made business slow.
