I have 25 years of working in agriculture 13 years of that working in research farms/institutes ie one Research Organisation where I trained as an hill shepherd (Sourhope Farm)then a research Institute (The Moredun) where I resumed as a shepherd/stockman for a further 10 years, then back to commercial farms. In the last 19 years I have been self-employed all above board with an accountant. We also lambed ewes all year round at the research Institute.
