18+ years of working in an arable farming environment, I'm looking to further advance my career within the agricultural industry. I am Looking for permanent arable farm work with a similar role. Ideally Lincolnshire, but other areas of the U.K aren't exempt.

I work on an arable farm consisting of about 700 acres near Boston in Lincolnshire. I've driven tractors (tracked and wheeled) ranging from 40hp to 450hp, with my main duties to include primary and secondary cultivation, drilling and spreading of fertilizers, also i have had experiences of using gps (patchwork system , john deere starfire, topcon and Trimble system) using auto steering for land work and section control when spreading fertilizers, I have also had some combine and some spraying experience, which I would like to gain further experience, as well as potato planting and preparation and lime and manure spreading on other establishments. Durning the winter my work usually involves me to undertake work such as drainage, pipe laying and digger work using 360 diggers (no ticket held) competently and safely using my own initiative to clear ditches and allow free movement of water off the land.
Some basic dairy and lambing when at college
I'm actively seeking work, so a maximum of 4 weeks notice will have to be given to previous employment. It would be beneficial if accommodation or temporary accommodation is available with the job vacancy, or even help to find accommodation until permanent accommodation was found. On gaining training qualifications on my C.V, I am willing to further train if it means being more employable, further qualifications being achieved would be Pa 4 S&G, category H (track layer) and possibly Pa 6. These would be done at my own cost, or with agreement with the employer. I do have little experience in crop spraying, root crop harvesting, but great knowledge when it comes to reading agronomy recommendations and having chemicals ready for the farm spray contractor to reduce downtime, I also interpret agronomy recommendations for apply fertiliser, but if the right employer approached, I'd be more than happy to discuss a training opportunity regarding a relief driving role with a package to reflect. Further references can and will be made available upon request.

I can drive, so I'm able to travel up to 20 miles for work from current location, I would consider the whole of the U.K for work providing accommodation / living arrangements could be made available with the job as a temporary, until something permanent can be found.
