Grew up on a family dairy farm from a young age turned 16 and done a joinery apprenticeship and qualified left that industry at the age of 22 to come back to farming where my passion always was working my way up the ladder from basic tractor to head tractor man on a large dairy in South West Scotland I then headed in a different direction at the age of 26 into beef cattle where my passion really was working up slowly to now being stockman on a 500 cow suckler heard with all calves being taken threw to finish on farm
