Currently work for Surreys oldest butcher. I am personally accountable for all sheep on the farm and drawing lambs for slaughter for both shops in Surrey. Drawing 20 lambs a week.

With day to day running of beef cattle requirements - TMR/Weighing/picking fat cattle

I have also worked on europe's largest rewilding estate working with 250 longhorn cattle, 100 tamworth pigs and 70 exmoor ponies as well my own experience with my sheep flock and past jobs.
