I grew up on a small Beef and Sheep farm in Lancashire and worked on the farm since I could walk. I have experience: animal husbandry, tractor driving and operating machinery, beef/sheep and Arable. I have worked 7 harvest seasons on 1000+ acre arable farms in the UK and Oz of which my main duties were: Combining, cultivations, rape drilling, Grain carting, Straw carting/stacking, muck spreading, hay work, Workshop and fabrication and general farm work including the use of a brush!. I am confident with all machinery listed and have a positive attitude towards hard work and always been extremely quick to pick up, adapt and learn new skills with every opportunity given. I also have spent two years as a professional assistant project manager for an international construction company after two years in university. Having returned to agriculture and now finishing my degree qualification during Covid-19 I am looking to take on a permanent arable position to further my career in agriculture.
