Farming background

I was born and brought up on a 800 acre mixed farm with 750 ewes and 200 beef cattle, I have worked with sheep and cattle most of my life and driven a tractor from a young age too. I have experience of Conventional & Organic farming on mixed arable/livestock Farms. I also have livestock management experience on a sheep, cattle & research farm. I also have experience as a head stockman on a Bull stud Unit and as a Shepherd/stockman with Pedigree/commercial beef suckler Herds and sheep flocks. I spent a number of years as a tractor driver/stockman on a large estate operating large modern arable machinery.
