Farming background

February 2015 to Present

From a very young age I have been doing farm hand jobs including tractor driving. I picked it up from

my dad who has been doing it his whole life. I would be interested in using skills I've made on the farm

elsewhere, as I am after a job where I can learn other skills around new people. I have also done arable

contracting which is another skill I have learnt which leads to the accurate attention to detail as with

what I have been doing there is no space for not trying hard enough as there are people depending on

you. I am very caring and kind towards others and I'd be keen to learn new skills and meet new people.

I can prove myself to be a very useful asset to a team and have great communication which has proven

to be useful anywhere I've been anytime and I hope it can be used in other places. All the time on the

farm I am and have been under pressure so I've got experience working in stressful situations. I dont

shift around different jobs as I've only done this one farm job since I was 17, roles has obviously changed

over the years. I am now 21 and would much rather stay somewhere and become an useful asset in a

solid position. I am not fussed travelling for the work. Thank you for reading - Connor
