I have been mostly self-employed for a number of years, running my own suckler herd of Sussex cross Angus cattle, as well as a small flock of Suffolk cross breeding ewes. I grew up on a dairy farm, milking Jerseys using a traditional parlour. I trained as an HGV class 1 driver to supplement my income. I am an experienced tractor driver and have a telehandler certificate. Having recently relocated from the South East to south Shropshire I am now looking for an opportunity to use my skills and experience, ideally working with cattle, but I'm open to a variety of roles, permanent or seasonal. I enjoy working as part of a team, but am also used to working independently.
