•Arable work over close to 1000 hectares of cropping, using a brand-new John Deere 6R175 and Massey Ferguson 7726S on grain cart, using communication skills with other drivers, as well as topping field margins and tillage operations such as rolling with 16m cousins rolls, discing with a 6m vaderstad carrier and subsoiling with a sumo lds.

•General operations of JCB and Kramer telehandlers including loading grain lorries and muck loading.

Other livestock experience

•Stockmanship of laying hens to cover people on holiday and/or sick leave showing tenacity and independence.

•Handling experience of beef store cattle through a cattle crush for routine health checks and immunisations.

•Responsibility of feeding and checking cattle when needed too.

•General poultry work including feeding using a chaser bin as well as flexinet fencing and refitting floors and drinkers on turnaround between flocks of laying hens.

June 2022- September 2024, working on Benham Estate whilst studying at Sparsholt College. Moved from collecting eggs and shadowing staff to feeding chickens as well as stockmanship and feeding. As soon as driving test was passed, tractor driving responsibilities were given and moved from chickens to tractor driving over the spring ready for a full harvest. Currently studying BSc Agriculture with Crop Production Science at Harper Adams University in my first year
