Large arable farm with a focus on Crisping potatoes. Main roles are cultivation, mainly subsoiling and ploughing, with both mounted and semi-mounted ploughs. Also ran the combine, a 770 Lexion for the season. Also helped out with other aspects of potato growing including irrigation and storage.

Tractor Driver/Lead Worker
A mid sized contractor specialising in waste spreading and chicken shed clearing, with a bit of silage on the side (bailing and wagon). Employed as a lead worker running a team of up to 3 injection tankers spreading digestate from a local anaerobic digester. This was my main job alongside hauling. I also got a lot of experience with a 435S JCB loading shovel loading and buckraking.

I got moderate experience in most things as this is a large mixed organic dairy farm that is mostly self-sufficient as far as field work etc goes. It does everything from cultivation to harvesting, lifts its own silage and spreads its own slurry and manure. Along with general pasture care, my main jobs were mowing silage with front and rear mounted mowers, spreading manure with a 16 cu m Rolland TCE spreader, sowing with a 3m one pass system. I also have a lot of experience around baling, ploughing, spreading slurry, topping, subsoiling, telehandler and loading shovel work and have done some combining and self-propelled harvester work.
