General work on farms with tractors and telehandlers, up to 190hp, pulverising, mowing, flat lifting, and front loader work. This involved attaching 3-point linkage and PTOs.
Before and during I studied agriculture at university I volunteered in my free time on the Lee Abbey Farm in north Devon, this included feeding, checking and moving sheep and suckler cows, I assisted with vet and med applications, including a faecal egg count. I often picked up more shifts during lambing and shearing and worked towards the general upkeep of fencing cleaning and clearing.
During university I volunteered on an Organic mixed farm in south Wales that had their own butchery, vegetable garden and farm shop, they also supplied organic lamb for Waitrose. Work there included feeding, moving and checking pigs, cows and sheep. Vet and med applications to ewe lambs and piglets.
Some dairy experience while at university, 60 space rotary system with 360 cows.
Also visited many farms while university, including organic and pasture for life to see their systems of grazing (strip and paddock) to provide enough nutrition throughout the year.

2019-2022: various roles in kitchens including shift leader, breakfast chef and cook. Responsibilities included delivering meals cooked to specification, training team members, planning, preparing and delivering two course meals to strict time deadlines and keeping kitchens to high levels of hygiene and cleanliness.
