August 2014 - November 2022 I worked at a farm in kelso as a shepherd

November 2022 - Present currently working at a farm as a shepherd.

• Looking of sheep flock as required by good husbandry - using quad bike

• Gathering and moving sheep by use of dogs and quad bikes

• Transport of flock as required by innovis operations

• Feeding - including use of a loader tractor and other associated equipment

• Setting up electric fences and associated equipment for rotational grazing

• Animal health operations - including dosing, vaccinating, tagging, clipping and any other required

operation

• Assist with ramsales

• Carrying out routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment as required (fuel/oil/water check ect)

• Keeping of accurate records - including flock registers field records (numbers of stock) medicine records

and any other records required

• Maintain the workplace and equipment in a tidy condition

• General farm work as required
