I have worked as a dairy farmer since leaving school at 16 years old. I have dabbled with working with sheep and goats too. I have contributed in running the family dairy farm in all every day tasks including but not limited to, liasing with the vet for welfare issues, breeding, general feeding, bedding up, milking, calving and tagging.

I began my work on a local farm employed as a dairy farmer alongside sheep farming for approximately 10 years before returning to the family farm to help my father and uncle run it. i had been there for approximately 9 years when I left to progress and have ended up on a tenanted dairy farm since April this year as a dairy farmer. Unfortunately, the farm is being sold so I am in a position where by I need to find new employment.
