Farming background

My background is mainly in the police service. 6 years was in Information Security where I started with no experience and rose to being subject matter expert in areas. Almost 4 years have now been spent as a Detention Officer where I am hands on with people, in addition to performing administrative tasks. Before this I was in retail, working for Bhs. I enjoy learning new skills and used to volunteer with St John Ambulance, and various cadet forces - specialising in first aid.

Outside of work is mainly time spent with the family. Where I can, I enjoy walking and exploring new surroundings. I live back to back with our local farm and enjoy watching the work and the livestock in the fields. I also visit the farm shop quite often.
