Have used a range of tractors and diggers. General dairying use such as topping, mowing, topdressing and spraying. As well as feeding out with silage wagons and use of silage grabs and soft hands. Fencing experience as well.
Plenty of experience having worked in many different dairying and dry stock systems. most recent of which was as a 2IC on a 420 cow dairy farm in New Zealand where duties included management of stock, pasture and machinery. I have a good understanding of mating and the importance of being vigilant when using AI. It was also my responsibility to rear 100 replacement stock and manage the 90 rising 2 year old heifers.

I was a Westland Milk Products University Scholarship recipient from 2013-2015 for the duration of my studies and worked within the factory for the summer holidays over my time at University. Have just finished a year on a 400 cow dairy farm in Gloucester as assistant herdsman taking on extra responsibility between herdsmen. I Finished work in New Zealand in July 2017 after working a full season as a second in charge on a 420 cow dairy farm. Have grown up on farms and have a solid foundation of knowledge and relative experience with regards to stock and pasture management.
