Have worked on multiple farms, I have experience driving a rage of farm machinery. The largest tractor I drove was a 380hp Case Magnum which I spread fertiliser with and disc ploughing. Other forms of cultivations equipment used were kelly chain harrow, topper and smudge bar. I have used forklifts for stacking potatoe boxes and trasporting scrap. Telehandlers and bob cat for mucking out sheds and general farm use.

I spent a year working on a dairy farm which stretched over two calving seasons. In that time I learnt how to assist a cow giving birth when needed. I also learnt about milking and vaccinating. Dairy farming really helped my ability to tell when I cow wasn't doing too well and how to act on it. Beef related experence was showing, bedding and mucking out, clipping, a.i and the flushing of embyos. I also have some experiece working with sheep. this inclued foot trimming, dagging and mulesing lambs.

Hobbies

I enjoy playing golf, rugby and boxing. Meeting with young farmers for whatever fun activities they have planned.
