Project Development Officer, (Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust); June 2016 to date. A varied position working for an arable demonstration farm, which includes work for the farm manager, education and training department, research and assisting with the shoot. The role predominantly consists of running events (e.g.; Open Farm Sunday), training workshops, project promotion and farm admin. Along with assisting with a small flock of sheep. Farm Hand - 2014-2015. Seasonal work experience on a mixed intensive farm. Including animal husbandry, some lambing, stock checks and mucking out. Trainee Officer, Rutland Water; 2012 – 2013. A range of practical work, publicity and administration. I led groups daily with diverse backgrounds, age range and competence levels. I gained experience in habitat management, animal husbandry (Dexters, Hebrideans and Rylands), tool maintenance and school visits.
