Two years experience on a 580 cow, grassland based, spring block - calving dairy farm in New Zealand. I was the main calf rearer on this farm. Outside of calving I reared all yearlings and rising two year old heifers. Previous experience before NZ on a 90 cow dairy farm in the Isle of Man.
