I have nearly 10 years experience, which includes being a stockperson, head of department, assistant manager and currently trainee manager. I'm I have work on large and small indoor units and have experience of wet and dry feed.  I have worked on a 600 sow fully slated wet fed weekly unit. We were achieving over 90 % and over 14 born alive using Danish duroch AI from elite sires . We also started breeding our own gilts and when these came to farrowing the performance difference was incredible.
