During this first job I learnt many skills from handling different tools to how to accomplish different tasks using different methods. This job involved fitting soundproofed stud walls, hard landscaping and to building a second-storey extension. This next job was a two month contract, in which I was assigned parts of the estate to maintain and run as the shoot, which included feeding the game birds and pest control. This job was a groundsman job which involved operating small bits of equipment such as a strimmer to much bigger machinery such as big sit on lawn mowers, during this job I improved on communication to find out such things like who has or hasn't cut hedges or patches of grass. This job was a 24/7 job which involved working alongside a gamekeeper to rear and release the game birds such as pheasant and partridge. In this job I learnt the importance of attention to detail and the importance of double checking.
