Due to a complete restructure in order to cope with there considerable problems at Easton and Otley college I find myself redundant.

I am applying for this position as I believe I have much to offer the position as advertised.

I am also seeking a slightly lesser position to my previous jobs in order to allow myself a little more time for family and hobbies.

I do not plan to retire until I am 68 to coincide with my partners retirement.

I am fit and well with a passion for working outdoors in a farm environment.

I am happy to work alone , as part of a team and/or lead a small team or project

I drive all farm machinery except sprayer. I have experience of driving 360 excavators 2T mini diggers to 20 tonne Cat220 also Hyundai 11 tonne approx 500 hours over 20 years I have good experience and am competent with chain saws and other powered hand tools but I do not hold formal qualifications for these.

I farmed on my own account at times up to 1000 ewes and up to 50 suckler cows. I have experience fattening both lambs and beef cattle. I have been livestock manager at Easton and Otley college responsible for approx 1000 sheep and 100 beef cattle.
