Tractor Driver, Machine Operator and Farm hand as well as Game keeping   My name is Alex and I am based in West Sussex. I have just finished my degree at the Royal Agricultural University and I am currently looking for work from the end of May for the foreseeable future. I have worked both for Farms & Arable Contractors which, has exposed me to different operations within Agriculture. Below I have listed my machinery experience with regards to tractor & machinery work. - I have a full & clean UK Driving license - Own transport - Experience within harvest, agricultural & domestic/commercial work regarding equipment. My roles within the various opportunities I have had include; - Collecting and delivering new machinery for demonstration purposes to clients - Stacking bales in the field for transportation & delivering trailer loads of round and square bales to customers - Hay/Silage, Wheat, OSR & Peas work in the field - Liquid & Solid Muck spreading - Operating machinery such as excavators. - Loading machinery such as the above onto low loaders and traveling significant distances to deliver them to new locations.

Farming background

I have worked for both farms and agricultural contractors over the past few summers carrying out various tasks including, delivering bales, solid and liquid muck spreading, combine escorting as well as delivering machinery for demonstrations. I am ot afraid of long or hard work shifts and work well on my own or as part of a group ensuring that the job I am given is carried out professionally and properly. I have manly involved myself in various aspects of the agricultural industry predominantly transporting deliveries with a tractor and trailer and haulage/silage work. I am passionate about farming and in particularly tractor driving and harvest. Work Experience: 2015/16-Present - farm in Sussex: Event and Construction Crew. Working as part of a team constructing the attractions and grounds maintenance. Southover Contractors: harvest - Muck spreading, Bale chasing, Bale Haulage. Golf Club: led Green Keeping team, prioritised and allocated daily tasks. Operated specialist commercial equipment relevant to golf course maintenance. ACS Contracting: Operating JCB excavators, Fendt 936 Vario with spreaders. Road haulage of equipment and trailers across the South East. Resolve Security and JPS Services: event and venue supervisor (SIA Licensed). 2015  harvest Haylage & Silage work. Raking, Baling and Mowing. Representative delivering machinery for demonstration purpose across the South East. 2014 : shadowed Associate Partner in Farming Division. A highlight was mapping out the estate boundaries on a Statutory Declaration helping the client to secure their land from development for a decade.  Dairy Farm: manual labour around the farmyard. Golf Club: bar work and trusted to ‘close up’ which includes till reconciliation and locking up the club at the end of the evening. 2012 – 2014  Beating and working closely with the Head Game Keeper and Shoot Captain. I contributed to planning and delivering enhanced facilities for shoot days. 2012 – 2013 Groundworks & Landscaping Traveling: I have traveled to parts of North America, Europe, Australia, Asia and South Africa and lived In New York.
