I have used this time to gain strong levels of expertise in fencing, tractor driving and other agricultural work such as hedge cutting, hauling hay bales and livestock farming. Agricultural fencing contractor – self employed February 2015 - Present Establish and pace out location of fence, calculating required materials. Erect variety of fencing types using posthole auger and tractor-mounted post-driver. Develop excellent knowledge of different fencing types/needs e.g. stock fencing, post and rail fencing, permanent electric fencing, rabbit-proof fencing, domestic fencing. General tractor duties including: heavy haulage (including loading with loading shovel), stacking, loading and hauling bales, spraying, topping, hedge cutting and mole ploughing. Vehicle parts technician – Foray Motor Group January 2014 – January 2015 Support Ford technicians with part orders/enquiries and advice. Advise members of public, handle public enquiries and order parts. Advise and supply other dealers/independent garages with parts and enquiries. Place and manage large stock orders to the depot. Manage relationships with high value customers with outstanding orders/ongoing back orders. Dog handler – National Animal Welfare Trust January 2012 – January 2014 Assess new dog arrivals and establish training and care plan. Manage and operate kennel housing up to 15 dogs. Record medical information including, diet, weight, behavior and training progress daily. Introduce potential new owners and with them to continue dog training/welfare needs met. Vehicle parts technician – Foray Motor Group July 2009 – January 2012 Same duties as role listed above.
