Although I have not been working in farming recently, I have kept up to date as to what is happening in the industry and refreshing on notes and assignments done on the course. I am willing to work at a reduce rate of pay for a trial period of three months for a chance to gain and improve on my experiences and learn the routines on the farm in order to get the job done effectively Self motivated individual with experience gained from working within a variety of situations with a ‘can do’ attitude when faced with challenges. Effective communicator on all levels with the ability to work well as part of a team and on own initiative. Readily accepts instructions with a responsible and mature attitude to work, has a genuine desire to produce work to a high standard. Friendly and approachable with a good sense of humour that enhances his relations with others, with a  willingness to train in order to make a valuable contribution to an employer.

I was born in Jamaica, attended Secondary School and College,1972 to 1978. I was a Teacher at an All age school 1978 - 1979, a soldier in the Jamaica Army  from 1980 terminating service in 1992 with an Exemplary discharge.Lived in the UK since 1997.  Studied Agriculture at Rodbaston College in Penkridge, Staffordshire 1997 to 2000.

Hobbies

I enjoy physical training jogging and swimming,I also play the guitar and love to cook.
