Other responsibilities include running heifer replacement unit away from main farm, all fencing and paddock grazing. Also have arable experience e.g. ploughing, cultivation, hedge cutting, etc. Experienced in foot trimming. Also have clean HGV class 1/teleporter / quad bike licence.

Other livestock experience

Herdsman 20 plus years experience in herring bone/swing over parlours. Relief milking 550 cows, rearing all young stock, fertilizing, feeding and bedding cows.

I am currently managing 180 plus herd, main responsibilities milking and herd health/welfare,we are producing for a major supermarket,cell count and tbc are paramount.I do all the day to day running on my own as the owner has other interests.I also have a clean Class 1 license
