My name is Nick Hunter and I am 31 years old. I have just returned from Canada where I was involved with a charity event to canoe 2000 miles for help for heroes and Marie Curie cancer care. I wrote a book about my experiences on the trip which has been published and is a number one best selling travel and adventure book. I now wish to find full time work and use the skills I have acquired throughout my working career. I was brought up on a dairy farm. At the age of 16 I did an apprenticeship in commercial horticulture with the east malling research station, from there I went on to work for the forestry commission. After being there for 4 years I returned to farming and worked on a beef farm in Wales and then for a agricultural contractor in Kent.
