Experienced milker/ stockperson looking for work on dairy farm in leicestershire/ warwickshire, I have 25 years experience working with cows. I have mainly milked in herringbone parlours of various sizes and this is what i prefer.

I have done a little bit of work with horses but i prefer cows. i have also milked goats, done lambing and worked with poultry on a large scale. I have worked with large and small herds, holstiens, fresiens, guernseys, jerseys and goats are all the breeds that i have milked, i have done a calving course many years ago and can calve cows on my own. I have got no ai experience, but can do a bit of foot trimming.

the work i have done on tractors is using a keenan feeder,scraping up, rolling, chain harrowing, not done much field work as i have prefered to work with the animals than being on a tractor. i have a full driving licience and my own transport to travel, i live in sharnford with my partner. i enjoy working with cows, this is why im looking for a job.
