You must register prior to filling in your Resume /CV.  Please complete the Resume/CV form truthfully, giving genuine answers, ensuring contact details are accurate.

Your details will be edited and then be posted for employers to browse. Employers interested in you will make contact via your e-mail address or phone. If you find each other acceptable you may be offered an interview or a job.

Browse the job ads. If you see a job you like apply directly by clicking on More Info’. Then ‘APPLY FOR THIS JOB’. REMEMBER it is up to you to apply for jobs. You may apply for as many as you wish. Your CV will be sent directly to the advertiser.

EMPLOYERS

You have two ways of finding staff. For both of these options you must register.

Posting an advertisement. For one month. If you pay for a job advertisement you are entitled to receive up to 10 free CVs. Simply send the CV number to admin@4xtrahands.com we will forward the contact details asap.

Buying Resumes/CVs.  This gives you the applicants name and contact details.

Prices for Australia, New Zealand and Mainland Europe.  Please note the currency conversion will be processed automatically on your bankers card at current rates.

To place an advertisement. 

Register (log in if previously registered)

Complete the job advertisement form. 

Click on the  ‘submit a job ‘ button at the top of the page

Click you payment preference. 

Enter your details if paying by card and submit. 

Advertisements paid for by bankers card will be posted online within 48 hours of receipt.  Cheque payment advertisements will appear within 7 days of receipt.

You will be emailed a VAT invoice for your records.

To purchase applicants details you will need to register.

Browse the CVs.  Click on as many as you wish to purchase. 

Complete card payment details.

On receipt of payment the email address of the applicant will be dispatched by Email

Advice to Job Seekers

There is a demand for experienced seasonal and permanent labour on Farms around the world.

The Northern season runs from May to November. The shortage is most acute in Britain and mainland Europe from July  - October.

Farmers also require other skills:

Turkey pluckers -December

Lambing Assistants – January to April

Shearers – May to July

From November to April Southern Hemisphere Farms are looking for similar help. It is possible to work in Europe and then the Southern Hemisphere.

New Zealand’s prospering Dairy Industry has a great demand for experienced Herdsmen. All farm skills are needed; operating complex machinery, livestock duties and manual work.

Competent people who have experience with machinery and show initiative are in great demand. There is the opportunity to work long hours with paid overtime during very busy periods (harvest, silaging, drilling and lambing).
